Glass Sample Policy – Free Samples for Clear & Classic Colors, Custom Colors at $10-30/Color
At Yue Lian Technology, we want you to test our glass quality before placing a bulk order. That’s why we offer a simple, transparent sample policy for candle jars, perfume bottles, reed diffuser bottles, and other glass containers.
Below is everything you need to know – what’s free, what costs extra, and how to get started.
1. Clear Glass (In Stock) – Free Samples
For clear glass products – including candle jars, perfume bottles, reed diffuser bottles, etc. – we have regular stock ready to ship.
- Sample cost: Free (no charge for the product)
- You only pay: Shipping fee (air freight to your country)
- Lead time: Ship within 1–2 days after payment of shipping fee
These are perfect for testing size, thickness, and general quality.
2. Classic Colors (Limited Stock) – Free Samples
We also keep a small quantity of popular classic colors in stock:
- Matte black
- Gloss black
- Matte white
- Gloss white
If you need samples of these colors and we have them in stock, they are also free of charge. You only pay the shipping fee.

3. Custom Colors (No Stock) – Small Sample Fee
If you need a specific color that we don’t keep in stock (e.g., Pantone matching, special RAL code, or any custom shade), we can spray paint the glass for you.
- Sample fee: $10-30 USD per color / per design
- Lead time for spraying: 3–4 days (after sample fee is confirmed)
- What we need from you: Pantone/RAL color code or a clear reference image
Once the sprayed sample is ready, we will ship it to you. You pay the shipping fee separately.
The $10-30 sample fee covers the setup and labor for custom color mixing and spraying. It is not deductible from future bulk orders unless otherwise agreed (can be discussed for larger quantities).

- Specify the color – clear, classic, or custom (provide Pantone/RAL if custom).
- We will confirm availability and calculate the shipping fee to your address.
- Pay the shipping fee (and sample fee if custom color).
- We ship and provide tracking.
