Custom Perfume Bottles – From Clear Glass to Matte Black + Gold Hot Stamping Logo

Not every brand needs thousands of colored bottles sitting in a warehouse. Most of our clients start with a simple requirement: a unique color and a premium logo finish – and they want to see exactly how it looks before placing a bulk order.

This is the story of how we helped a Middle Eastern client turn our standard clear glass perfume bottles into a custom matte black collection with a gold hot stamped logo.

Step 1 – Clear Glass in Stock, Ready for Customization

The client found us through our website. He was looking for 50ml and 100ml perfume bottles – similar to a design we already had. We keep clear glass in stock. We do not stock colored glass because every client wants a different shade, and holding inventory for all colors would increase costs. Instead, we spray paint colors on demand.

The client did not request clear samples. He trusted our quality and moved directly to the next step.

Step 2 – First Sample: Matte Black Spray Painting (Color Confirmation)

The client wanted a matte black finish to give his perfume a sleek, luxurious look. We took the clear glass bottles and applied a professional matte black spray coating. The process included cleaning, masking (if needed), spraying with high‑adhesion paint, and curing in an oven for a durable, scratch‑resistant finish.

We made one set of samples (50ml + 100ml) in matte black and shipped them to the client. He approved the color – the deep, even matte black was exactly what he had in mind.

Step 3 – Second Sample: Matte Black + Hot Stamping Logo (Final Confirmation)

After the color was approved, the client sent us his logo design. We recommended hot stamping because it creates a shiny, raised metallic effect – perfect for a premium perfume brand.

The hot stamping process involved:

  • Creating a metal die (one‑time setup fee)
  • Applying gold foil under heat and pressure
  • Result: a clean, raised gold logo that won’t peel or fade

The client had two logo designs (one for 50ml, one for 100ml). We applied the logos to the already‑approved matte black bottles. This time, we did not assume the logo would look good – we shipped the actual finished samples (matte black + gold logo) to the client for final approval.

Once he received the second sample set and confirmed everything – color, logo position, raised feel – we gave the green light for bulk production.

Step 4 – Why Two Sample Rounds?

  • First sample ensures the spray color is exactly right (no misunderstanding).
  • Second sample confirms that the logo finish and placement match the client’s expectation on the actual colored bottle.

This two‑step confirmation protects both sides: no guesswork, no costly mistakes, and the bulk order will match the final approved sample exactly.

Why Our Process Works for Custom Perfume Bottles

  • We only stock clear glass – keeps inventory lean and affordable. Colors and finishes are made to order.
  • Flexible MOQ – 100pcs for in‑stock designs, 1000pcs for custom colors or logo.
  • No need to buy full color stock – we spray paint exactly what you need.
  • Two‑sample confirmation – eliminates risk of color or logo mismatch.
  • Fast sample turnaround – spray painting in 3–4 days, hot stamping in 3–5 days.
