At Yue Lian Technology, we take packaging seriously. Glass bottles are fragile, and choosing the right packing method is essential to ensure they arrive intact – whether you order a full container or just a few samples.
Below we explain our two standard packaging approaches, depending on order volume and variety.
1. Bulk Orders – Standard Egg‑Crate Packaging
For large orders (e.g., thousands of pieces of the same model), we use egg‑crate dividers made of high‑density cardboard. Each bottle sits in its own cell, preventing contact and collision.
Key features:
- Bottles are placed in egg‑crate cartons.
- Lids / caps are packed separately (in poly bags or small cartons).
- Cartons are stacked on pallets and wrapped with stretch film.
- This method is proven for sea freight – breakage rate near zero.

2. Small Mixed Batches – Foam Wrapping & Combined Carton
When you order small quantities with multiple different designs, we may not have pre‑made egg‑crate dividers that fit each bottle shape. In that case, we use:
- Foam padding / bubble wrap – each bottle is individually wrapped.
- All wrapped bottles are placed together in one sturdy carton, with extra filler material to avoid movement.
- Lids are either wrapped or bagged separately.
This method is flexible and ensures safety even when bottle sizes vary.

Summary Table (for quick reference)
| Order Type | Packaging Method | Best For |
|---|---|---|
| Bulk (same model, large qty) | Egg‑crate cartons + caps separate + pallet wrap | Sea freight, full container loads |
| Small mixed batch (different styles, low qty) | Foam or bubble wrap individually + combine in one carton | Sample orders, trial purchases, mixed styles |
Why We Use Different Methods?
- Egg‑crate is most efficient and safest for uniform bottles.
It saves space and provides rigid separation. However, it requires custom‑sized dividers for each bottle shape. - Foam wrapping is more labor‑intensive but versatile.
It allows us to pack any mix of bottle sizes and shapes without waiting for custom dividers.
Both methods have been tested over thousands of shipments to destinations worldwide (USA, Europe, Middle East, etc.). We constantly monitor breakage reports and adjust our packaging accordingly.
Frequently Asked Question
Q: Can you guarantee no breakage?
