Custom Hair Scalp Brush with Logo & Dual‑Side Printed Box – A US Brand Case Study
At Yue Lian Technology, we help brands bring their product ideas to life – even when the product is not glass or ceramic. Recently, we worked with a US brand to produce a complete package: custom hair scalp brushes with logo, paired with dual‑side printed custom packaging boxes.
This case shows how we manage cross‑category sourcing, from artwork to final delivery.
The Challenge
The client needed 500 sets of hair scalp brushes – each with:
- Logo printing on the front side of the brush
- A high‑quality, double‑sided printed packaging box that fits the brush perfectly
They were a growing brand and wanted to test the market before committing to larger quantities.
Logo Printing – Silk Screen on Plastic
The client sent us their logo as a PDF file. We scaled it proportionally to fit the brush surface and prepared the first sample for approval.
Once the client confirmed the placement and quality, we moved to batch silk‑screen printing on all 500 brushes.
Custom Packaging – Die‑Cut Template & Artwork Collaboration
For the packaging box, we followed our standard custom process:
- We sent the client a die‑cut template based on the brush dimensions
- The client created their dual‑side design using the template (both PDF and AI files)
- We reviewed the artwork and confirmed the design
- We printed the boxes using 250g white cardstock – sturdy, premium feel, and suitable for retail display
Flexible MOQ – Small Batch to Start
Our standard MOQ for custom packaging is 1,000 pieces. However, we understand that new brands or new product lines may want to test the market first.
For this client, we accepted 500 pieces as a trial order – at a slightly higher unit cost to cover the setup fees. This allowed the client to:
- Test market response
- Evaluate packaging quality
- Make adjustments before scaling up
Once the market proves successful, larger orders (1,000+ pieces) will bring the unit cost down significantly – making it a win‑win for both sides.
Shipping – DDP Sea Freight
After production and quality inspection, we arranged DDP sea freight for the entire order. The shipment took 20–30 days to reach the client’s US location.
DDP meant we handled customs clearance and taxes – the client simply received the goods at their door.

The client was very satisfied with both the brushes and the packaging. They confirmed the logo quality and box structure met their expectations, and the complete package was ready for retail.
