The Project Overview
The client wanted two types of glass products:

Part 3: Bulk Order – 560 Clear Reed Diffuser Bottles with Real Wood Caps
The client placed a bulk order of 560 clear pressed reed diffuser bottles, each with a real wood cap (not plastic wood – an important detail for their premium brand image).
Packaging for Safe Transport
We used a multi-layer packaging system to ensure zero breakage:
- Egg-crate dividers inside each carton to separate bottles
- Strong export cartons
- Plastic wrap around palletized cartons
- Pallets for domestic transport to Shanghai port
Note on ocean shipping: When loading the shipping container, pallets cannot go inside. So we removed the pallets and kept only the cartons for the sea voyage. This is standard practice and ensures the goods fit securely.
